Dr. David Henderson
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Dr. Henderson graduated Vet School in 1983 from Oklahoma State, and completed his Vet Internship in Paris, Texas. He came to the Gulf Coast in 1988 were he purchased The Village Vet from Dr. Jake Purvis. Dr. Henderson has also built and sold the Once Animal Hospital in Ft. Walton Beach, located on Eglin Pkwy. With his father a remarkable Vet as well, Dr. Henderson's compassion for animals is deeply rooted. Dr. Henderson loves the Gulf Coast and everything that it offers. Whether your animal is small or large, Dr. Henderson will provide the best care for your pet. (Sorry, no exotic pets.)

Dr. Amy Nesius
Dr. Amy Nesius received her Bachelors Degree in biology from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. From there she obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee, College of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation, she moved back home to the sunshine state to start her career. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Florida Veterinary Medical Association. She is a proud parent of a sweet boy and girl, Christopher and Everly; and their two dogs, Willie and Bentley, as well as two horses, FDR and Casanova.

Dr. Alexandra Brielmayer
She is a dedicated veterinarian based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, with a passion for both exotics and small animal medicine. A graduate of Ross University, Dr Brielmayer completed a year of clinical training at the University of Florida Veterinary School, where she honed her skills and deepened her commitment to animal care. Prior to veterinary school, Dr Brielmayer earned her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University. As a proud pet parent, Dr. Brielmayer shares her home with two dogs ( a pit bull mix and a mastiff mix), a black cat and two African leopard tortoises. When not in the clinic, she enjoys expressing her creativity through art, playing mahjong, and exploring the great outdoors. Dr. Brielmayer is excited to bring her expertise and love for animals to the community, ensuring the best possible care for every pet.
